Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Contract Opportunities SALTLANDING Behavioral Recruiting & Consulting is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for remote telepsychiatry opportunities with established healthcare and behavioral health organizations nationwide. This position is ideal for an experienced PMHNP who is comfortable providing independent psychiatric care through telehealth and holds licensure in multiple states. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through telehealth Diagnose and treat psychiatric and behavioral health conditions Provide psychiatric medication management Develop individualized treatment plans Conduct follow-up appointments and monitor treatment response Make appropriate medication adjustments Provide patient education regarding treatment and medications Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, primary care providers, and other members of the care team Participate in clinical consultation and interdisciplinary case discussions Qualifications: Master's or doctoral degree in nursing Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active APRN/NP license Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric practice experience preferred Experience providing medication management Strong telehealth skills DEA registration when required Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Multi-State Licensure Preferred Candidates who currently hold active PMHNP/APRN licenses in multiple states are strongly encouraged to apply.
