Location: Nationwide Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Contract Work Setting: Remote, Hybrid & On-Site SALTLANDING Behavioral Recruiting & Consulting is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners for opportunities with healthcare organizations and behavioral health practices across the United States. We are particularly interested in PMHNPs who maintain active licenses in multiple states and are interested in working across different markets. Position Responsibilities Depending on the practice setting, responsibilities may include: Conduct psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions Provide medication management Develop and monitor treatment plans Provide ongoing psychiatric follow-up Maintain accurate clinical documentation Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Provide telehealth and/or in-person psychiatric services Collaborate with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals Qualifications: Master's or doctoral degree in nursing Current PMHNP-BC certification Active APRN/NP licensure Psychiatric clinical experience Experience with medication management Strong communication and clinical assessment skills DEA registration when applicable Preferred Active licenses in multiple states Telepsychiatry experience Experience working across different practice settings Willingness to obtain additional state licenses Experience serving diverse patient populations Why Multi-State Licensure Matters Our clients operate across multiple markets and frequently seek PMHNPs who can provide care in more than one state.
