Virtual Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time or Fractional, Remote) Remote, Supporting multiple locations Central GA practice is seeking a state-licensed, doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to serve as the remote psychologist of record for a psychological testing program in which standardized instruments are administered on-site by a supervised Psychometrist. While a trained psychometrist handles the physical administration, the remote psychologist retains full clinical control over designing the testing battery, directing data collection, and synthesizing the final diagnostic report. Key Responsibilities • Enter into and maintain a written supervision/delegation agreement with each Psychometrist administering testing, compliant with the applicable state psychology board's rules on delegation to supervised staff • Review and approve the testing plan and instrument selection for each case prior to administration • Be reasonably available for real-time consultation during scheduled testing sessions, or designate an approved backup psychologist • Personally interpret results, formulate the diagnostic impression, and provide final clinical sign-off on every evaluation report • Personally conduct all patient-facing components that must be performed by a licensed psychologist, including the mandatory pre-testing clinical interview and the final feedback session via secure telehealth • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records demonstrating appropriate supervision of all delegated testing • Provide additional guidance and closer check-ins during onboarding of new or less experienced Psychometrist(s) • Notify the state licensing board within the required timeframe if the supervisory relationship ends Qualifications • Active, unrestricted psychology license (PhD or PsyD); PSYPACT participation a plus for multi-state remote coverage • Comfortable overseeing standardized testing administered by supervised, non-psychologist staff • Willing to enter into a formal supervision/delegation agreement compliant with the applicable state psychology board • Experience with fully remote or telehealth evaluation workflows • Prior experience supervising psychometrists or psychological testing technicians conducting testing preferred, not required Schedule & Commitment: Remote, part-time or fractional, with scheduled availability to be agreed upon between [Practice Name] and the selected psychologist.
